Obama is substance, not fluff… see?
Okay, we know Barack is a wonderful orator and he's managed to make the primary election anything but inevitable.
But guess what... it's not just a show. He's got smart people supporting him and he's great on the issues, too. I for one am getting a little tired of all the complaining going on among Hilary fans and camp about how Obama lacks experience, how he doesn't have a platform, how he's all fluff and no substance. I'd like to thank Paul for putting this great collection of Obama links together that might help stop this ridiculous rhetoric. I know it's hard to believe that someone can be a great presenter AND a great intellect. It's been a while, eh?

Obama is really starting to grow on me, mostly because of two articles I read about his campaign in the NY Times and Rolling Stone. I like the idea of a community activist running a grassroots campaign – it’s a new kind of leadership that discards the top-down big money model that Clinton and every other candidate has ever used. Wonder if there’s any way I can get americanized in time to vote for him.
BTW – love the new look! Very smart. Although I’d like to see it with a very dark chocolate brown instead of black, or maybe a slightly more patterned black? I see that there’s a texture in the black, but it’s so subtle it’s reading as a field of stark color on my monitor. Also, the footer is approx. 10 pixels blown out to the right on Firefox 2.0.0.12 on WinXP.

Two points.
Yes, I’m so glad you’re seeing through the haze. He’s a good man. I know it’s kind of weird to have that happen in politics at such a high level. I didn’t believe the hype at first either. It’s so surreal.
The background actually is a deep chocolate brown. Fix your monitor!
